HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data security, cookies and account safeguards

Your sonytoto account is protected by SSL encryption from login to withdrawal. We use session cookies to keep you logged in on your device; these expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Encryption Standard

All account login, payment details and withdrawal data travel over TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored payment information is tokenized so your bank details never appear in plain text.

Cookie Policy

Session cookies on sonytoto keep you logged in for 30 minutes without activity. You can clear them anytime from your browser settings; you'll be asked to log in again on your next visit.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA from Account Settings to require an SMS code when you log in from a new device. This adds a layer of protection beyond your password.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for twelve months after you close your account, then delete it. Payment records are retained per local law for audit compliance.

Unauthorized Access

If you spot suspicious activity, contact Support immediately. We freeze the account, verify your identity via a callback to your registered number, then unlock it.

Account Closure Request

Email [email protected] or open Support in your account to request permanent closure. We process requests within 48 hours and delete your account data after twelve months.

Your rights and account access

Yes. Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. Include your account username and registered email. We send a full export of your account activity, payment history and personal details within five business days.

You can close your account anytime from Settings → Account Management. Any balance is paid out to your registered withdrawal method within 24 hours. We keep your account record for twelve months for fraud prevention, then delete it permanently.

We store tokenized payment details (not your actual card or bank number) for twelve months after account closure to process disputes and chargebacks. Raw transaction logs are deleted after local law retention periods expire, typically two years.

Contact Support with your withdrawal transaction ID. Withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually clear within one minute; if yours is delayed, we investigate with the payment provider and reply within 24 hours.

Yes. Email [email protected] with your current username, the details you want to change, and a copy of your ID if you're changing your legal name. We update your account within 24 hours and send a confirmation email.

Only sonytoto support staff can view your account. Payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) and fraud-detection partners see only transaction amounts and timestamps, not your personal details. We never sell your data to third parties.

Open Live Chat in your account immediately and we'll freeze it within two minutes. We'll call your registered number to verify your identity, review suspicious transactions, and restore access once confirmed. Report the incident to your payment provider too.
